Membership has its
privileges.
You don’t need to be certain.
You don’t need to be finished.
You don’t need to agree with everyone.
You only need to arrive with
honesty, care, and respect for the work
Threshold Membership
Threshold is a spiritual community for people who want to practice devotion over time, not consume spirituality in pieces.
Membership is how we gather, tend the work together, and sustain the care, ritual, and community projects that define Threshold. It is not about access to you as a figurehead. It is about shared practice, shared values, and shared responsibility.
What Membership Is
Membership is an ongoing commitment to walk with Threshold through the cycles of the year.
Members are part of a living community shaped by ritual, discernment, justice, and care. Together, we practice devotion that is embodied, relational, and rooted in real life.
This is a space for those who want to belong while they become.
Donation-Based Structure
Threshold membership is donation-based, offered on a sliding scale.
You give what you can, in alignment with your means and integrity. There is no minimum required to belong, and no premium tier for greater access or authority. Your contribution helps sustain the community, support our mission projects, and keep Threshold accessible to those who need it.
Membership contributions support:
- Community infrastructure and care
- Ongoing ritual offerings and resources
- Free emergency medical services and occupational therapy projects in Baja, México
- The long-term sustainability of Threshold as a spiritual home
What Membership Includes
As a member, you can expect:
- Participation in the Threshold community
- Access to shared ritual practices and seasonal offerings
- Invitations to community gatherings and teachings
- Opportunities to engage in mission and service projects
- A protected, values-aligned space grounded in consent and care
Membership is not performative and not compulsory. You participate as you are able, in the ways that are right for you.
Dark Sabbath & Other Offerings
Some community offerings, including Dark Sabbath / Deipnon gatherings, may be offered separately from general membership. When these offerings require additional resources, facilitation, or preparation, a separate donation or fee may be requested.
From time to time, Threshold may host courses, workshops, or teachings led by specific facilitators. In these cases, participants may be invited to donate directly to the teacher in addition to, or instead of, general membership contributions. This ensures that labor is honored without creating hierarchy or extraction.
We believe transparency is part of spiritual integrity.
What Membership Is Not
Membership is not:
- A hierarchy or inner circle
- A guru relationship
- A requirement to participate in everything
- A replacement for professional medical, legal, or therapeutic care
- It is a container for practice, not control.
Membership is by invitation or referral only.

Community Care is Devotion
Contributing to Threshold is a form of devotional community care. Your giving sustains shared ritual, spiritual support, and responsive care as needs arise. Contributions support the work of Threshold as a whole, allowing us to tend people, transitions, and communities with integrity and flexibility.
Current community care includes free emergency medical services, a Therapy Clinic in Baja, México, and virtual support offerings for members in the United States. Projects evolve in response to need.

Threshold is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious organization registered in the State of Wyoming. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Becoming a member and giving at Threshold is an act of devotion, not transaction.
When you contribute, in time, money, or energy, you are tending the community itself: the rituals we share, the care we offer, and the people who find shelter here.
Your support helps hold a space where truth can be spoken, transitions can be honored, and care can move where it is needed without delay or spectacle. This is shared responsibility as sacred practice, an offering made not to an outcome, but to the life of the community and the work it is called to hold.
